Performance measurement of Tempeh crackers supply chain management using Halal criteria on SCOR Model

The number of SME has reached more than 26 million businesses, with Sumatera Utara being province fourth largest in Indonesia. Every that produces halal products needs to measure its production performance considering criteria find out implementation Islamic principles product processing. There are 15 Key Performance Indicators used measuring SCOR Model 6 them related halal, namely Halal MUI label, raw material, Order received damage free, Accuracy payment suppliers, Appropriate paying salaries, defective products. Final Tempeh 45.94; which shows a marginal condition. Based on identification traffic light system, KPIs (Key Indicators) there 7 have red color indicates repairing efforts needed, namely: meetings customers, labels, products, flexibility manufacturing, equipment life, complain rate, replacement time.
